OralScan uses multispectral imaging camera which is configured to detect changes in diffuse reflectance, absorption, and fluorescence of tissues associated with biochemical and morphological changes during the early stages of cancer development. It also uses a high-resolution monochrome camera for accurate and real-time mapping of oxygenated hemoglobin absorption in tissue, enhancing the precision of diagnosis. Our patented multimodal technology can detect most forms of squamous cell carcinoma, constituting one-third of all cancers. The device can be adapted for endoscopy and tissue margin delineation during cancer surgery.
